Shipping & Returns

 

We hand make all of our leather goods and we do not always have every item in stock to ship.  Our standard delivery time is ten days to four weeks, but we will happily try to work with a shorter delivery time if needed.  If you have a specific date you would like an item delivered by, please contact us before you finalize your order to make sure that we can get your order delivered by that date.

All products are currently shipped through the US Postal Service, Priority Mail.  If you have specific shipping concerns please feel free to contact us.  

If there is problem with an item on receiving, contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to correct the issue.  All of our work is hand done here in Denver.  Some items are hand dyed, hand dyed items are shown with a representative color but there will be some variation. 

If it hasn't been worn or used, we are happy to accept the return of any item for credit toward another item. If you are unhappy with the color of an item we will gladly exchange it for another color, if you pay the shipping costs.

In most cases, items that have been fitted for you, i.e. belts, etc., or special-order items, we cannot accept for return or exchange.

Discounted or discontinued items will be sold as is, no returns.
